Enquiry privacy notice
This notice describes the SEOK AEROLAB project enquiry form. SEOK AEROLAB is an aerodynamics and design programme in development in Gimpo, Republic of Korea.
What the form collects
The form collects your name, email address, optional company name, selected area of interest and project message. It also records the submission time, enquiry reference and the version of this notice accepted with your submission.
Please provide a non-confidential overview. Do not include sensitive personal information, credentials, drawings or confidential technical data.
Why it is used
The SEOK AEROLAB operator uses these details to review your enquiry, understand the proposed project and contact you about it. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or confirm a test booking.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored on the website's server in Korea, outside the publicly accessible website folder. Access requires authorised server administration. The form also queues an email notification to aero@neo-korea.com using Amazon Web Services (AWS) Mail Manager. Enquiry details may be processed by AWS and the receiving email provider for delivery. The form does not send your enquiry to an advertising platform or public mailing list.
Retention and spam protection
Form records and their notification queue entries are automatically removed from the website database after 180 days. Copies delivered to the business mailbox are managed separately by the operator and email provider. If a project proceeds, any further retention of project records should be covered by a separate agreement. Short-lived keyed hashes of the connection address and email are used to limit spam; these rate-limit records are removed after 24 hours.
Ordinary server security and error logs may record connection details. They are separate from the enquiry message store.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit the form. The required information is needed to handle an enquiry. To request access, correction or deletion of an enquiry, email aero@neo-korea.com or submit an “Other enquiry” through the contact form using the same email address and quote your reference. The operator may verify the request before disclosing or changing a record.
Website storage
This website does not use marketing cookies or browser analytics. It uses locally hosted fonts and images. The enquiry form requires no account.
